Our Story:

In September 2021, a simple trip to the emergency room with my teenage son turned into a life-altering experience. What should have been a routine gallbladder removal became a two-week hospital stay, disrupting not just his life but mine as well. This challenging time birthed a realization—a realization that not every parent has the privilege of understanding the medical intricacies their child is going through.

As a seasoned nurse, I navigated the complexities of the healthcare system with relative ease, but it dawned on me that many parents aren't as fortunate. This experience became the catalyst for Iconic Nurse Network Outreach (INNO), an organization committed to providing support, education, and resources to families facing health crises.

Our Mission:

Iconic Nurse Network Outreach, INC was founded on the principles of compassion, support, and education. We understand the physical, emotional, and financial strains that families endure during medical crises. Our mission is threefold:

1. Educate and Empower: Inspired by personal loss, we aim to empower communities with life-saving knowledge. CPR is a simple skill that can make the difference between life and death. Starting with students in kindergarten, our CPR classes ensure that every household has at least one person skilled in this vital technique.
2. Supporting Families in Crisis: We acknowledge the financial burdens that accompany medical emergencies. INNO provides practical assistance, be it in the form of gas money, meals, or essentials, alleviating the strain on families during hospital stays. We believe that no parent should face the challenges alone.
3. Creating a Network of Care: INNO strives to build a community of support, connecting families who have been through similar experiences. Our platform offers a space for sharing stories, asking questions, and finding solace in the company of others who understand the unique challenges of medical crises.

The Heart Behind INNO:

Having experienced the loss of my own mother due to a lack of CPR knowledge, I am driven to ensure that no family goes through the pain of losing a loved one when a simple skill could make all the difference.
